Red Deer Rustlers

The Red Deer Rustlers were a junior A team from Red Deer, Alberta, that played in the Alberta Junior Hockey League (AJHL) from 1967-89. Over their history, the team won 8 AJHL titles and the Centennial Trophy in 1971. The Rustlers developed a number of star NHL players including Glen Wesley and Randy Moller... And oh yeah, the entire Sutter family. All six Sutter brothers played for the Rustlers, as the family was from Viking, Alberta, about two and half hours away.
