Spokane Flyers

The Spokane Flyers had several incarnations, but for the most part, the club played as a senior amateur team in the WIHL from roughly 1948 to 1982, with several stops and starts in between. The Flyers won the league championship eight times and went on to win the Allan Cup, which was a de facto national title, in 1976 and 1980. Bill Goldthorpe is a Flyers alum, having played with them at the conclusion of his career in 1979.
